Almond Cacao Adaptogen Smoothie

  • 1  to 1 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1 tablespoon almond butter

  • 1 serving protein powder (I used brown rice)

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 teaspoon maca

  • 1/4 teaspoon ashwagandha

  • 1 teaspoon raw cacao powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Add all ingredients to a blender starting with the milk. Blend until smooth and drink.
