Roasted Rosemary & Lemon Zest Almonds

  • 1 cup shelled almonds 

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

  • 1 sprig of fresh rosemary  

  • zest of 1/2 lemon

  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt 

Preheat oven to 350F. In a small mixing bowl mix all ingredients well and place on a lined baking sheet for 10 minutes or until fragrant. Let cool and eat! Great addition to an appetizer platter or with a glass of wine!
