Raw Energy Bites - Pumpkin, Coconut, Cacao

Pumpkin Bite

  • 1/2 cup of pitted medjool dates

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree

  • 1 1/2 cups of pumpkin seeds

  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil

  • 1 tablespoon protein powder

  • Roll in ground pumpkin seeds

Cacao Bite 

  •  1 cup of pitted medjool dates

  • 1 1/2 cups of almonds

  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil

  • 1 tablespoon protein powder

  • 1 tablespoon of raw cacao powder

  • Roll in Cacao powder 

Coconut Bite 

  • 1 cup of pitted medjool dates

  • 1 1/2 cups of cashews

  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil

  • 1 tablespoon protein powder

  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut 

  • Roll in coconut flakes

For each bite add all the ingredients into a blender, beginning with the nuts, and mix until well combined. Roll the balls in the corresponding cacao, coconut or ground pumpkin seeds.
