Vanilla Chia Pudding

  • 1  cup almond milk or any non-free milk 

  • 2 tablespoons coconut yogurt or any non-dairy yogurt 

  • 4 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder 

  • 1 teaspoon date syrup or sweetener of choice

Add all ingredients to a jar, shake well and store in fridge overnight or at least 6 hours before eating. Great served with berries, granola, nuts or just plain! 

Tip * Double or triple the recipe to always have a snack or breakfast in a hurry!
