Vanilla Coconut Pudding

  • 1 can full fat coconut milk 

  • 2 tbsp coconut nectar

  • 1.5 tsp agar agar powder 

  • 1 tsp vanilla powder 

Pour the coconut milk in a saucepan along with the rest of the ingredients. Heat on a medium flame until just before it boils, whisk continuously. Pour into whatever dishes you would like to serve in. Place in the fridge, uncovered, for a couple of hours to set. Serve with berries, coconut flakes and cacao nibs. Enjoy!
