IFS ‘parts work’ Healing & Somatic Storytelling
weaving together modern & ancient body-centered psychospiritual therapies & technologies that enable you to rewrite your story from the unconscious-out
I guide you to somatically re-see, release, and re-write the origin-wound and story of 'the parts'—the limiting beliefs and patterns that keep you stuck repeating your past in your present. Together, we reweave new subconscious narratives in alignment with your empowered true Self, enabling you to author your present experience in alignment with the fullest expression of your integrated highest Self
Julia is a powerful intuitive, transformational ‘narrative architect’ and empowering educator, who guides others to make real substantial change and feel a greater sense of wellbeing and embodied connectivity. She has facilitated hundreds of individuals, couples, and groups through her transformative storywork model, utilizing her unique hypnosis technique to guide them inward, accessing their subconscious space and facilitating healing at the root level. She enables them to effortlessly live in alignment with their authentic selves and liberate their fullest potential, witnessing, releasing, and transforming limiting beliefs, sabotaging patterns, stuck emotions, and wounded 'parts' blocking them from living, feeling, and manifesting what they want and deserve.
She is a deep and systemic thinker, whose transdisciplinary understanding of health, behaviour and narrative change sits at the intersection of pioneering neuroscience, spirituality and traditional wisdom. After practising Nutritional Therapy for a few years, she notice her clients' health journey and behavioural stuck points mirrored her own; while their chronic symptoms and pain were experienced in their physical body, the underlying 'trigger' was unprocessed psychological or emotional trauma. This led her to retrain in various psychological and somatic therapeutic models and study with indigenous spiritual healers around the world. The culmination of her work and studies is storywork.
She also facilitates bespoke story-shaping and wellbeing workshops with organisations and community groups around the world, and facilitates the highly regarded what’s your origin story workshop. Julia sees clients, couples and facilitates workshops virtually and in her N. London office. She is in the midst of her Transpersonal Psychotherapy training, and works as a conscious relationship coach and educator for Tailor Matched. stories make sense of the past, meaning in the present and unconsciously create the future—but what if these stories are keeping you stuck, unable to take aligned steps towards your highest evolution? the story you want to live, a life filled with abundance, joy and freedom is written by reconnecting to your essential self and freeing the protective parts holding you back — your storywork guides you there

The storywork workshop is a is a four-week invitation to pause — go inward to discover, unhinge and communicate the story you want to tell. While we are telling and living out these stories every day - were they written from our true core, by us or stuck in the past? Your greatest story is written by connecting inside to your true creative core and expressing it to the outside world. Whatever the form takes is entirely individual; maybe it comes in the form of writing the unfinished novel that incessantly knocks inside of you, communicating your organization's mission to the world, or making nourishing meals for your family — learning how to harness and express this creative energy is vital. The story you were born to write — comes from asking great questions, sitting in the stillness of the pause and expressing your creativity — the Workshop emboldens you to do so. LEARN MORE

In a time of upheaval or when we are between stories, the need, importance and value of telling true stories become ever more evident. Your greatest story, the story we are trying to write, comes from asking great questions, and my work emboldens your organization to do so. From living with fringe communities and indigenous peoples for her anthropology research, using food to tell a story as a chef and learning from scholars and scientists in academia, she understands the role story has on our individual and collective experience and uses this wisdom to help shape our way forward.
Some companies she has worked with include BBC, Opposite Pictures, Campbells, Bon Appetite, Mamma Wellbeing, Nourish Inc, Oxbow Conservation Center. CONTACT
